Kaleo o Koolauloa online back issues
Hawaii Reserves, Inc. — or HRI, which manages its own and other property primarily in Laie, Hawaii, that is affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — started publishing Kaleo o Koolaula in June 1996, and launched an online edition featuring key articles from 1999 through December 2005, its last issue. HRI has kindly allowed the new Kaleo: Koolauloa News to link to its back issues as a community service. The new Kaleo continues the tradition of covering community news of Laie, Hauula and Kahuku; but there is no official connection between the two publications.

Digital archival copies of all back issues available [several digital files were inadvertently not saved during its 10-year lifespan] are kept in the BYU-Hawaii Archives [on the second floor of the Joseph F. Smith Learning Center. Hard copies of all back issues available are also kept in the BYU-Hawaii Archives, the serials collection of the Hamilton Library at the University of Hawai'i/Mänoa, and the Kahuku School & Public Library.
